Value Engineering
During all processes of preconstruction CSI will be reviewing opportunities to incorporate value-engineering ideas to help maintain the projects target price point. We explore opportunities to directly procure certain material to avoid unnecessary markup from subcontractors.
Design-Assist
Design-assist allows us to participate in the development of the drawings alongside the engineer to help find efficiencies in the preconstruction phase—and provide informed solutions based on our engineer-led expertise.
General Contracting
As a general contractor CSI is responsible for daily oversight of the jobsite, the management of all vendors and subcontractors and the primary communicator to everyone involved during the course of a building project.
Construction Management
As a construction manager CSI provides a wide range of industry expertise and connections. We will draw up plans and procure the resources necessary in a collaborative and open-book fashion to provide the best results.
